Abstract

The applications of various ¹H and ¹³C n.m.r. spectroscopic techniques including ¹³C spin–lattice relaxation time studies has confirmed the gross structure of chromomycin A₃ but has led to a revision of the nature of the glycosidic linkage between two of the sugar entities.
