Abstract
A report of 2 patients with histoplasmosis whose disease was not widely disseminated when diagnosed. Both were treated with stilbamidine (4-41 diamidinostilbene). One patient was given a total of 7457 mg. intraven. and the other received a total of 6275 mg. by the same route. Individual doses were calculated on the basis of 2-3 mg./kg. body wt. The author considers the dosage adequate. Stilbamidine did not alter significantly the course of the disease. Keywords
