Abstract
The nucleotide sequences of wheat embryo 5.8S and 5S rRNA were determined by several techniques, including classic analysis of oligonucleotides generated by RNase T1 and resolution on gels of terminally labeled RNA partially degraded with RNase or with chemical reagents. This publication has 48 references indexed in Scilit:
