Abstract
A phase-shift analysis of -nucleon elastic scattering has been developed, one energy at a time, up to 1.6-GeV pion kinetic energy. This analysis differs from a previous one in that final experimental data and new polarization measurements are included. Particular care has been taken to have a coherent set of data (2170 experimental points). In addition to the known important effects, the phase shifts of the solution have oscillations coming from the experimental data. It is not possible to say whether the oscillations are due to experimental biases or to physical effects. This analysis is consistent with the one presented by Lovelace at the Thirteenth Berkeley Conference.
