Abstract
With changes more marked on the right side, there is a general appearance of diffuse interstitial pneumonia with chronic bronchitis, and some emphysema; anthracosis; tuberculous condition with chronic phthisis; presence of foreign bodies in alveoli, bronchi, bronchioles; and interstitial fibrotic areas. The exact nature of the foreign bodies is doubtful but they are thought to be portions of asbestos fibers in the process of alteration and absorption by hydrolysis. Tuberculosis was thought to be a super-added infection. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
