Abstract
Patients with intraspinal tumors often undergo myelographic examination. The subsequent course and response of such patients to radiation therapy can be documented expeditiously by leaving behind a bolus of the contrast agent at the time of the initial study. The technique is described in detail and illustrated with the report of a typical case. The indications, complications, and hazards are discussed. Keywords
