Abstract
Hall coefficient R H , thermoelectric power S and electrical resistivity ρ of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 6+ x were measured above room temperature. S of La 2- x Sr x CuO 4 was also studied. Various anomalies found in the temperature dependence of these quantities above room temperature indicate the occurrence of rather significant change in the electronic state with temperature in Cu oxide systems. Keywords
