Abstract
The 8th case of spontaneous intramural esophageal perforation (or intramural hemorrhage) is reported. Previous cases are reviewed. Patients with this injury can apprently be managed conservatively. This fact is documented. Diagnostic and therapeutic modalities are discussed.
