Abstract
The proposed method for measuring the spin of -wave neutron resonances is based on the detailed properties of the low-energy capture -ray spectrum. Measurements on nuclei with resonances of known spin show that this method gives reliable spin assignments. It is also applied to unassigned resonances in and .
