Abstract
Several sheets of stretched PVDF film are corona discharged by using a pair of thin electrodes which are allowed to move up-and-down repeatedly for the desired poling. Films with piezoelectric constant d 31=22 pC/N and production yield ∼100% are readily obtainable by using this technique running at the room temperature. Keywords
