Abstract
The paramagnetic oxygen molecule is the dominant source of 29Si spin–lattice relaxation in zeolites with intracrystalline water playing a much smaller part; n.m.r. signals corresponding to crystallographically non-equivalent sites relax at different rates in the vicinity of sorbed oxygen. Keywords
