Abstract
Ten hypophysectomized male rats were maintained in individual metabolism cages. The daily food intake was maintained approx. constant. Following a 10-day control period, hypophyseal growth hormone was administered daily at 3 dose levels: 15 [gamma]Y, 30 [gamma]Y, and 50 V. N retention was produced at both the 30 [gamma]Y and the 50 dose level. Keywords
