Abstract
Summary: Two types of lesion may result when there is eosinophilic infiltration of the deeper layers of the stomach. The first is diffuse eosinophilic infiltration which may involve also the duodenum and jejunum and is five cases of an intermediate nature are compared with both the diffuse and localized types and it is concluded that they are probably a variant of the diffuse form.Keywords
