Abstract
Under the influence of non-Markovian dichotomic noise, the linear process behaves nonlinearly: relaxation becomes nonmonotonic, and the process exhibits a series of transient noise-induced transitions. The latter give rise to stochastic resonance when an external oscillating field is applied. Keywords
