Abstract

Trifunctional dialkyl [1,2-bis(diethylcarbamoyl)ethyl] phosphonates 3 have been prepared from the sodium salts 2 of dialkylcarbamoylmethylphosphonates 1 and N,N-diethylchloroacetamide. The compounds 3 have been characterized by microanalyses, mass, I.R., and ¹H-N.M.R. spectrometry.
