Abstract
One hundred and thirty-one filarial granulomas of the female breast are described. The histopathological features, including a number of cross-sections of worms, ratio of female to male worms, and the frequency of degenerating worms were studied. Filarial granuloma of the female breast is common in eastern China, and adult worms and microfilariae should be sought in all unexplained granulomas of the breast. Keywords
