Abstract
Medical schools' emphasis on technical excellence is sometimes at the expense of social and emotional development. This paper describes a programme, orchestrated by a vital Well-Being Committee, that involves students in a wide range of activities to enhance social and emotional well-being. The primary prevention of emotional impairment is the goal. Keywords
