Abstract
Here we compare the results from the NN-πNN equation with some of the available data on pp→πd and πd→πd polarization observables. In particular, we investigate some of the uncertainties in the theoretical results due to variations in the input to the calculation. We find no major discrepancy between theory and experiment that warrants the introduction of new degrees of freedom such as dibaryons. Keywords
