Abstract

Myocardial blood flows in the distribution of the right and left coronary arteries have been measured by the ¹³³xenon method by selectively and sequentially injecting the arteries. In human and dog studies, a highly statistically significant difference between right and left flow was found. (In humans, right 48 ml./100 g/min, left 76 ml./100 g/min.)
