Abstract
The infrared vibrational predissociation spectrum for the title ionic cluster is presented. The interesting feature observed in the spectrum is the presence of rotation−vibration transitions due to the nearly free internal rotation of the solvent ammonia molecules attached to the ammonium ion core. Internal rotation within an ionic cluster has never been observed before.(AIP)Keywords
