Abstract
Eighty-six patients with ureteral colic were included in a randomised, prospective, double-blind study of the analgesic efficacy and tolerance of ketoprofen versus diclofenac, both administered intramuscularly. There were no significant differences regarding pain-relief or side-effects.Keywords
