Abstract
The association of abdominal situs inversus, complex cardiac defects, and alterations in development of the spleen represents a developmental field complex with variable expression of altered laterality. Familial and inherited cases documenting respectively autosomal recessive and dominant inheritance have been reported. We report on the first family in which X‐linked recessive inheritance of this defect has been documented. Keywords
