Properties of educated T cells. The ability of educated T cells to facilitate the immune response to non‐cross‐reacting antigens in vitro

Abstract
Thymus‐derived cells educated to either keyhole limpet hemocyanin or fowl IgG can reconstitute the response of T cell‐depleted spleen cell cultures to other non‐cross‐reacting antigens. This response can only be obtained if the initial educating antigen is present in culture.
