Abstract
Dielectric constants of aqueous solns. of dextrose and of sucrose prepared from N.B.S. standard samples were determined at 20, 25, and 30[degree]C for concns. up to 50 and 60% by wt., respectively. A bridge method was used, and the sources of error involved are considered. The results, relative to a selected value for water, are accurate to 0.05% percent or better and are expressed in terms of an empirical equation for the purposes of interpolation. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
