Abstract
The relationship between the resonance frequency and the periodicity of the acoustic superlattice of LiNbO3 crystals has been obtained by analysis of the excitation and propagation of elastic waves in this kind of material with which high‐frequency resonance in the range of 500–800 MHz has been realized experimentally. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical ones. The applications of acoustic devices operating at frequencies high above 500 MHz are to be expected. Keywords
