Abstract
Results from inoculating the F1 and 27 sets of F2 dikaryons from an interspecific cross between homozygous cultures of U. hordei and U. nigra into differential barley varieties, showed that virulence may be either recessive or dominant. Virulence was recessive on the cultivars ''Excelsior,'' ''Lion,'' ''Pannier,'' and ''Trebi,'' and was dominant on ''Hannchen.'' Each gene for virulence was located at a separate locus. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
