Abstract
•Cardiobacterium hominisis a rare cause of endocarditis, and infection caused by this organism has not been described outside the vascular system. A patient with a congenital bicuspid aortic valve was initially seen withC hominisbacterial meningitis. Septic emboli from an underlying endocarditis were probably the source of the infection.
