Abstract
An isolated single nerve fiber of a toad was mounted on the bridge-insulator and the repetitive response to the constant voltage was recorded, as well as measuring the recovery curve and the accommodation. The threshold condition for the repetitive response, the voltage-duration and voltage-frequency relations of the repetitive response were investigated, and it was found that the experimental facts and the author's theory were farely well in accord with each other. Keywords
