Abstract
We have investigated the effect of hydrostatic pressure on chromium-rich iron alloys with Ru and Mn additions. The results show that addition of Fe to Cr rotates the commensurate-incommensurate phase boundary and causes the reversal in the ordering sequence of the magnetic transitions observed in Cr-Fe alloys. Many other anomalous characteristics of Cr-Fe alloys are explained. Keywords
