Abstract
We report a simple and rapid method for DNA preparation suitable for PCR by microwave irradiation. When mouse whole blood and hair shafts were directly irradiated and subjected to PCR, a unique gene such as the retinoblastoma susceptibility gene was reproducibly amplified. This method was useful for screening a transgene sequence in transgenic mice. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
