Abstract
A new copying test has been devised to explore different forms of perceptuo-motor impairment in visuo-spatial neglect. The stimuli are constructed so that one hypercomplex figure can be transformed into two complex figures by deletion of part of the original drawing. Task performance by five patients with left neglect after right hemisphere damage is reported. Their copies illustrate the varied spatial “reference frames” within which visual neglect can be manifest. Keywords
