Abstract
NK-lysin is the first representative of a family of sequence related proteins — saposins, surfactant-associated protein B, pore forming amoeba proteins, and domains of acid sphingomyelinase, acyloxyacylhydrolase and plant aspartic proteinases — for which a structure has been determined.Keywords
