Abstract
Nodular fasciitis is a nonneoplastic swelling consisting of fibroblastic proliferation and commonly occurring in the subcutaneous tissue of the extremities. We report a case of nodular fasciitis involving the wall of the bladder. It is important to be aware of the histological characteristics of this essentially benign condition so that unnecessary radical therapies can be avoided. Keywords
