Wilms’ Tumor in the Adolescent and Adult

Abstract
Two rare cases of adolescent and adult Wilms’ tumors are reported. All pertinent clinical data are presented. Both patients have been treated by radical tumor nephrectomy, irradiation and polychemotherapy. Only 4 patients with such triple treatment have been reported in the literature. The adolescent girl experienced a complete remission, but the 59-year-old patient rapidly deteriorated and died 4 months postoperatively.Keywords
