Abstract
Dielectronic recombination (DR) via 1s→2p excitation has been measured for ions using the electron-cooling device in the storage ring at the Institute for Nuclear Study at the University of Tokyo. Resonant maxima from the DR were observed as well as the maximum due to the radiative recombination. The spectral shape and the magnitude of the measured rate coefficients are consistent with available calculations within experimental errors.
