Abstract
The results of this comparative study in 210 patients offer substantial evidence of the safety and efficacy of cephalexin as therapy for acute bacterial pharyngitis and tonsillitis due to group A streptococci. In addition, administration twice a day appears to be as effective as four times a day, provided the total daily dosages are equivalent and are taken for 10 days. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
