Abstract
Hip conditions often mimic each other, and unrelated conditions can mimic hip disease. Dr Brady offers advice on isolating a diagnosis within this maze of possibilities. Osteoarthritis is by far the most common diagnosis, followed by rheumatoid arthritis. Treatment for early and late stages of these diseases requires helping patients make informed decisions. Keywords
