Abstract
High spin states in have been observed using the (, ) reaction at beam energies of 93.5 and 102 MeV. coincidence measurements, angular distributions, and directional correlation of oriented nuclei ratios were used to determine a likely decay scheme. Levels with probable spin as high as have been observed.
