Abstract
A method for the determination of trace and ultra-trace elements (Fe, Cu, Mn, Co, Cr, Mo and Ni) in milk by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry is described. Milk samples are injected directly into the graphite tube. Optimal operating conditions have been established. The method appears to be accurate and reproducible. The relative standard deviation was, on average, 9%.Keywords
