Abstract
We describe a 30-year-old patient who developed benign intracranial hypertension at 34 weeks in her second pregnancy and was treated both medically and by decompression of the perioptic meninges; her visual symptoms and signs remained static and she was delivered at 35 weeks by Caesarean section for poor progress in an induced labour.Keywords
