Unusual T-Wave Abnormality

Abstract
An unusual electrical alternans of the T wave occurred in which there were alternating positive and negative T waves with consecutive complexes. The clinical significance of this phenomenon in a patient with acute alcoholism, organic heart disease, and low serum magnesium level could not be accurately assessed. There was no evidence of paradoxical pulse or pulsus alternans, and the electrocardiogram finding spontaneously reverted.
