Abstract
Various properties including optical and e.s.r. spectra of glassy pyrrolidine γ-irradiated at 77°K strongly suggest the formation of trapped electrons. The broad e.s.r. feature having a g-value of 2·002 associated with this species was resolved into at least seven bands when the N-deuteriated amine was used. These are assigned to hyperfine interaction with 3 or 4 almost equivalent nitrogen nuclei.
