Abstract
A ratio of 3 thrums: 1 pin in a progeny from selfing a thrum plant of F. ovata, and ratios of 1:1 from eight crosses involving F. ovata, F. europaen, F. suspensa and the garden hybrid F. × intermedia support the hypothesis that the mating system is controlled by one locus, thrums being Ss and pins ss. However two crosses gave ratios of 2:1, and 1:2 instead of 1:1.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
