Abstract
An overview is presented of the relationship between cardiovascular activity and sleep, emphasizing the interrelations between stage of sleep and cardiovascular dysfunction. Possible implications of the data are discussed, especially in relation to stress-related factors and possible treatment regimens.Keywords
