Abstract
All other factors (temp., quantity of red cells, degree of sensitization, total volume) being kept constant, the velocity of hemolysis is determined by the quantity of complement. The time necessary for complete hemolysis plotted against complement concentration forms a smooth curve by graphic interpolation, the complement content of any unknown solution can be determined rapidly and accurately from its hemolysis time. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
