Abstract
The use of triplet pulse sequences makes it possible to measure nuclear spin lattice relaxation times in a single scan, an advantage for liquids with long T 1's. One appropriate pulse sequence is discussed, the optimum conditions for obtaining precise T 1 values are outlined, and a technique for obtaining 90° pulses of the necessary accuracy is described. Keywords
