Abstract
Aedes diantaeus Howard, Dyar, & Knab and the autogenous ‘strain’ of Aedes communis (De Geer) are stenogamous under standard laboratory conditions. The anautogenous strain of A. communis is not stenogamous. Propagation of A. diantaeus and A. communis in the laboratory is discussed briefly. Keywords
