Abstract
The discrepancy in perceptions of welfare bureaucracy is explored in terms of differing perspectives and data collection techniques. A study involving sidewalk interviews with welfare clients and a questionnaire completed by workers revealed that a high level of satisfaction and positive attitude existed for both.Keywords
