Topical Anesthesia in Preendoscopic Medication: Spray Versus Lozenges

Abstract
Patients' acceptance of upper fiberpanendoscopy was significantly (p <0.001) better when topical anesthesia with oxybuprocaine was performed with a spray than with a lozenge.
