Abstract
A reflectarray structure based on a planar aperture coupled antenna configuration is presented. The required phase shift at each position on the reflectarray surface is obtained by varying the aperture slot length on the ground plane, which is used to load microstrip patches on the top layer. The gain and frequency bandwidth for three new configurations are presented and compared to the reflectarray with variable patches. Keywords
